- Specialized Cleaning — Smoke and water damage require different treatments than standard cleaning. We use ozone treatment, specialized detergents, and careful handling to remove odors and contamination.
- Deodorization — Professional ozone and hydroxyl treatments eliminate smoke odor completely — not mask it. Your client won't be calling back.
- Documentation & Return — Items are cleaned, pressed, and returned with full documentation: item counts, restoration vs. write-off breakdowns, and photo records when requested.
